So, here's where the fun starts. Basically the tiles are loose so if you want to make it durable, kragle is the option.

I am going to try water-solvable glue (so I don't harm any bricks/glue them permanently) or the gum-stuff you use to stick posters to walls etc.

Cupboard not available, recommended is Light Blueish Grey with white drawers. Holder 16mm *is* available. Just not in sets so it's rare, but can be found! Putting the feather in the plate with stud will require to cut off the thin pin of the feather!

I have acquired all the bricks for this model (however some are not the correct color, since they don't exist)

The model is now separated in 40 LDD files (one for every standalone element)

These models will be released one per day in an update from now on :)

Thank you all! Meanwhile I found some videos which show Emmet's apartment in a making of, this solved some mysteries. Will add some renders soon :)

I have checked Pick-A-Brick and various sites on the internet to see if I can get the parts for a real build.

Long story short, I can't.

So, if I reach a 1000 supporters, I will release the LDD file for people to play around with!
