LL928 Comes Home

This update is for the LDD files to the ground station ( space base, command post... what is the correct term?) found in this set. I have included the original design (large) of the station, and the smaller version of it. I have original build the smaller version of the station due to resource constraint. Since there are written requests and expressed preferences for a smaller version, I have decided to reconstruct it in LDD. So here they are: https://app.box.com/s/9zmsdmse4go2yr24typb

Note that, unlike the spaceship, I have not spent much time optimising the build in the command post /space base. So you may not need to follow the models too strictly.
