City Space-Themed Galaxy Explorer

I have reimagined the original LL928 as a modern Lego City Space-themed spaceship, using the colour scheme of this modern space theme, but retaining the design and play features of the original model.

The ship has that the famous top-down sihouette, with a forward cockpit and raised rear section. The rear cargo bay has the split opening doors (with main rocket boosters attached) and a rear loading ramp that lowers to allow a small moon buggy to be stored in the rear.

The superstructure retains the wing mounted boosters and the split rear tail plane, with small antennae siting aside the rear raised cargo bay windows.

I have included two Classic Space Astronauts for that retro nod towards the original set but reimagined them in more modern spacesuit colours.
