Thank you!

As voting is about to come to an end on Avatar: The Illuminated World of Pandora, I would like to thank everyone who supported this project. Thank you so much for believing in my idea. Fingers crossed we'll get a real LEGO set in time for Avatar 2 in 2022!

Design Update

I've been making some adjustments to my final design to lower the piece count, strengthen the structure, and add in all my recent updates. My final design has a total of 2963 pcs. Check out the final project below. :)

Jake and Neytiri warpaint variants - Achievement Unlocked!

Only 500 votes to go! To mark the occasion, here’s a tiny addition I thought would be fun to include in the set... war paint head variants of Jake Sully and Neytiri.

How it started vs How it's going

I've been working to improve my original submission on LEGO Ideas. Check out the improved likeness on my Na'vi minifigures. I'll be posting a few more improvements to the project in the next few days. Stay tuned!

DID YOU KNOW...

Human-made na’vi avatars have five fingers and toes on their hands and feet, whereas the Pandoran-born na’vi only have four. You can’t really tell them apart in this LEGO set though, since most minifigures only have two fingers!

There is a global traveling exhibition that allows guests to visit Avatar’s world of Pandora and discover its connections to our own world. The exhibit will return in 2021 as part of the promotions for Avatar 2.

Discover the world of James Cameron’s Avatar… in LEGO! Vote and share “Avatar: The Illuminated World of Pandora” on LEGO Ideas.

DID YOU KNOW...

In much of the movie, Sigourney Weaver's na'vi avatar is wearing a Stanford shirt. This is a nod to Weaver graduating from Stanford in 1972 with a bachelor's degree in English.

Na'vi Infant Minifig - Achievement Unlocked!

Only 1,500 votes to go! To mark the occassion, here’s a tiny addition I thought would be fun to include in the set...

While Na’vi infants were only briefly seen in the first Avatar movie, their popularity has spawned some cute collectibles, including life-like dolls and plush toys. I’m hoping to include a Na’vi baby in this set, especially since the sequels will be about Jake Sully and Neytiri raising their kids on Pandora.
