Space team: Bubble Scouts

An Ice Planet 2002 inspired build for 1500+ Supporters! Thanks to everyone who has supported! 

Classic Space Bubble Scout recolour! Long overdue as a thank you for getting past the 1000 mark! It really means a lot, so I'd like to thank you all personally. I'll do another recolour post at 1500. :)

Though the original designs were very solid, I wanted to make one that was ultra stable to prove to myself that it could meet set requirements for strength, without sacrifing the design. I also wanted to try integrating the new grey magnet piece into the body of the model, so that the space cargo could be carried more stably than when I used the train magnet. (I'm not super attached to the magnetic element - any other method of attachment of the space cargo is fine - might do a non magnetic one next). This model can easily survive being dropped (!) and additionally uses the modern helicopter screen that is still in production.

As I get more supports I'll unlock more recolours - Let me know what you think of this one! There are currently six more planned - next one at 1500! Please keep sharing this model with friends so that we can get to our target of 10,000. Would love to get it featured on blogs and youtube channels too so if you have any ideas, please post a comment!

Bricklink orders are pouring in thick and fast, so a recolour or two should be ready to go in these updates by the time we reach 1000. Please continue to share and comment on this project so that we can get to the 10,000 mark!

Hello all! Just a little message to say THANK YOU for getting this project to 100+ supporters in just one day! Next goal is 1000 - we can do this together! If every supporter tells three friends or family members to support this project, we will get there.
