Small Modular Diner and Women's Boutique

This model was built for a series of small modular buildings, this is the second model in this series. This is a resubmit of this project since it didn't make it the first time.

This model comes with 9 minifigures and 2 mannicans.

The small diner includes, 2 tables with booths, a counter,a small kitchen area, 2 grills, a coffeemaker, and on the front, a sunrise. The women's boutique includes, a few bottles of perfume, 2 mannicans, and a counter.

On the front sidewalk, there is a fire hydrant, and a street performer.

This model connects to other small modular buildings by the 1x2 grill pieces on the roof.
