Hello! This is a toy store with a small apartment and bell tower. The set includes five minifigures, and is compatible with any build in the Modular Buildings Series.
Minifigures:
Old Woman
Old Woman's Daughter
Entrepreneur/Storeowner
Little Girl
Mother
The Build:
The LEGO set shows a toy store titled Leviathan with a striped awning above. The shop's colours comprise of sand green, dark green, dark bluish gray, and red for the tiling indoors. Inside, there is a wide variety of products from Lego to teddy bears. There is also a counter for the storeowner to register the money coming in and out of his business. On the second floor, a small apartment belonging to the old woman and her daughter includes a bed, nightstand, and several lovely windows. They also own a young spunky tabby cat named Alfred. On the roof, there is a small bell tower accessible through a door, which is placed at the side of the tower. The back of the building shows two overgrown window boxes and a blue bicycle. This modular fits best in between Market Street (2007) and Green Grocer (2008).

Final Thoughts:
This would be a great Lego set because a small toy store would be a wonderful addition to the expansive Modular Buildings Series. Also, there needs to be a Lego Ideas modular building set.
Goodbye!
