Park Fountain for Modulars

To build…

…what?

A fountain in a park.

…why?

We have collected various modular buildings over the years. One challenge with these buildings is that they don't always connect well... In particular New York related buildings are a problem.
Among others, we have one of the shortest and two of the tallest ones. The height contrast is too pronounced, so I wanted to create something to place between them.

The fountain not only softens the height contrast between the buildings but also stands out as a visually appealing 'building' itself. We do not have many (if at all) non-buildings "compatible" with modulars.

…how?

The build is inspired by one of the NYC fountains. Although it's not an exact replica, I aimed to evoke the atmosphere of an NYC park.
Initially, I intended to fit the fountain on a half-base plate (16x32). However, once construction was complete, I realized this was not feasible.

Now it's your turn to bring this model to life!

Consider incorporating this model into your LEGO city, especially if you have NYC-themed modular buildings.

Please support this project and help spread the word.

Cheers!

Technical notes:

The model consists of slightly below 1000 pieces. It includes 6 minifigures (plus 1 baby; and 4 nanofigures as the parts of the fountain) and 5 animals.
