It is The Iron Giant. I built it after loving the animated film as a kid and thought it would be great to bring it to life in Lego form. I think this would make a great Lego set for any collector as it is sturdy and well built.
I built it as a display item to represent the film. The build downs have much articulation as it is meant for standing and display. It has a fully rotating head. It has articulation in the shoulder joints, wrists (only up and down), hips and feet.
The mini figure is able to be displayed at its feet next to the build, however there are also options to rest it on its shoulder like in the movie.
The build is very accurate to the film. Its size is to mini figure scale. It is supposed to represent the scale of how big The Iron Giant would be in comparison to a Lego minifigure. The set also would feature a minifigure for Hogarth Hughes (the child in the film) In addition I believe it is sleek and easy to display and would be loved by many fans of both Lego and The Iron Giant.
