The Iron Giant

The 1999 animated movie The Iron Giant is one of my favorite animated movies, and I thought that it would make a great Lego set. In this project is a completely posable model of The Iron Giant.

The build has an estimated total of around 1,000 pieces. I created it in a way that it is completely posable. His head, arms, legs mouth, and waist are all movable using many ball joints, allowing it to be put in almost any pose while being sturdy enough to hold itself together. I utilized many slope pieces to accurately capture all of his features and angles to overall achieve a smooth design that looks like what’s seen in the film. 

I also have included a minifigure of Hogarth Hughes.

I think this would make a great Lego product, as myself and many others enjoy the Iron Giant, as it is a very iconic movie that many would like to see as a Lego set.
