First look at the Gremlins animated series

HBO Max recently released a preview trailer for everything coming to their streaming service in 2022, including a quick glimpse at Gizmo from the upcoming Gremlins: Secrets of the Mogwai
animated series. Get your blink-and-you'll-miss-it first look in the video below. Gizmo appears at the 1:18 minute mark.

DID YOU KNOW... Scenes from the classic Christmas movie It's A Wonderful Life (1946) can be seen on TV screens in both Gremlins movies. Gremlins shares many similarities with the film, including the setting -- which is a small town during the Christmas holidays.

The Worst Christmas Ever

DID YOU KNOW... In Gremlins, Kate’s story about Santa Claus was nearly cut from the movie. However, director Joe Dante fought to keep it in, because he felt the scene’s dark comedic tone represented the whole film.
