The Manila Metropolitan Theater

Last Updated . Click "Updates" above to see the latest.

The Manila Metropolitan Theater is an Philippine styled Art Deco building located on Padre Burgos Avenue designed by noted Filipino Architect Juan M. Arellano. Also know as the " Grand Old Dame of Manila" the structure was inaugurated on December 10, 1931 and served as a venue for the staging of zarzuelas (opera), dramas and the translation of foreign plays. Currently the theater in the state of being renovated after years of neglect and is now a protected structure.

Tried to made the build as close to scale and as detailed as the original structure. Also have a whole building version on LDD, but that required bricks way above the 3,000 brick limit set. Included a micro jeepney and a microfigure for scale. Current brickcount is at 2148.

This is my 50th build, and hopefully more to come. As with my previous sets this build is fully playable. If you like this model please do share and support this build through your friends and your social network.

Your opinions, suggestions and comments are most welcome.

Thank You and Happy Building :)
