Medieval Customs House

The Medieval Customs House tries to encapsulate the feel of Customs office at the mouth of a river in the late medieval period. Growing up, like a lot of people, had a fascination with the medieval period. Particularly the late medieval period as technological propelled society toward the modern era. In the build you will see hints at such technologies like the clock and the use of gun powder, yet still distinctly medieval architecture.

I've always liked the idea of incorporating water and trees into my builds and having a Customs House situated on a body of water was the perfect way to bring this all together.

As you explore the model, you will find many details and play features. Some of my favourites are the stairs leading into the front door of the office, the statues and the interior aspects such as the chandelier.

I hope you have as much fun exploring this model as I had building it.
