The famous red telephone box is recognised around the world as a British cultural icon. They can still be found in many towns and villages throughout the United Kingdom. My model is based on an early version of the phone box called the "K2" which was designed in 1924 by Sir Giles Gilbert Scott, specifically for use in London.
My model contains 1856 pieces and is packed with lots of interesting details. The door can be opened to reveal an authentic detailed interior, complete with an old fashioned telephone and on the back wall I've created some bespoke vintage inspired posters and information boards.
As well as the phone box I've also complimented the scene with a British red pillar box (mail box) and a street lamp complete with colourful hanging flower baskets. The model is presented on a section of cobbled pavement which also serves as a display stand.
I think the iconic Red London Telephone Box would be an excellent subject for a LEGO IDEAS set. If you agree then I'd be hugely grateful if you could please give the model your support.
Many thanks!
