This is my MOC of Mechagodzilla, as seen in the Godzilla vs. Kong movie of 2021, but with some modifications, such as the dorsal fins being more pointed and less square. Instead of having 6 rockets on its back, it has only two, but these are larger.
I decided to build it after watching the latest Monsterverse movie, Godzilla X Kong: The New Empire. It sparked a fascination in me for giant monsters and led me to watch the previous film in this cinematic universe, Godzilla vs. Kong. In it, I was introduced to the villain, Mechagodzilla, and I fell in love with its design—a human-made robotic version of the King of the Monsters that not only had an atomic ray but also a full set of weapons, including missiles, claws on its tail, rockets, etc. I also really liked the character of Mechagodzilla because I’m a huge fan of giant robots fighting kaiju, like the ones in Pacific Rim.
All these reasons mentioned above explain why I believe this build would make an amazing LEGO set. It’s simply fantastic to imagine having a buildable version of one of the biggest mechs in fiction, and I know I’m not the only one who thinks this way. That’s why I hope my idea will be as well-loved as I am by it and become a reality with the support of all the fans of "mechas.

Mechagodzilla features removable shoulder turrets and an atomic beam in its mouth.
