King Kong's Attack

Directly from Skull island, the eighth wonder of the world, King Kong, arrives in New York !

Unfortunately, the great ape has managed to escape and is terrorizing the city by swinging between the skyscrapers of the metropolis, furthermore the primate has kidnapped the young Ann Darrow and is taking her to the top of a skyscraper, the situation is tense ! But all is not lost, the American Air Force has sent pilots to stop the great ape and save the young woman from its clutches.

This set depicts the famous scene in which King Kong manages to escape and climbs to the top of a skyscraper while holding in his hand the young woman Ann Darrow, fortunately a plane manages to save the girl and prevents at the great ape from causing further damages.

I decided to create this set above all to obtain a giant Lego King Kong, similar to the one seen in one of the lego films that arrived at the cinema a few years ago.

Did you also know that King Kong was the first kaiju to ever appear on the big screen way back in 1933 ?

Since then our favourite ape has come a long way, even going so far as to clash with another great kaiju: Godzilla, the king of the monsters !

Anyway, i hope this set satisfy the fans of the eighth wonder of the world !

The set contains: a large King Kong that can be built with bricks and can move legs, hands, arms and the head; the skyscraper's top, a red airplane to build and 3 minifigures depicting: Ann Darrow and two aviators.
