Submarine Ride

More water in the Theme Park with the Aquarious Submarine Ride!

The Aquarious Submarine Ride is a combination of a sea life aquarium and an educational ride. You start and end in the yellow submarine. In the pond, there are transparent tubes where the visitors can walk and look at the sea animals. The ride includes high-tech multi-lingual guides, connected to the visitor's mobile phone over a WiFi network. Just take a photo on what you see, and you will get drowned in information.

Before the exit of the ride the visitors have the chance to 'adopt' a sea animal at a minimal cost. The visitor will then have his or her name on the adoption page at the Theme Park home page. The money collected from the adoption goes to sea life research.

I have always enjoyed the magic of theme parks and loved the different rides. Now I have combined this pleasure with my passion of LEGO construction in a project.

I have used microscale to reduce the number of bricks needed, and to have a greater challenge in the designing process. It is fun to build different rides with just a small amount of bricks.

All the sets are constructed on 16x16 base plates which you can snap together to create a large Theme Park. The base plates can easily be parted again and reshuffled to create a new park.

I have added a picture with Theme Park units put together, so you can see an example of a Theme Park. All parts have now been posted here so please feel free to support them all!
