Hi, I’m MingBrick. This time, I’m bringing you a modular building called “Milk and Cheese Shop”.

This building recreates a complete workshop, from milk collection and storage to cheese production and sales. The Milk and Cheese Shop consists of two buildings. The middle nougat structure on the right is designed as a farm barn with a crane, making it easy for town residents to recognize it as a building related to agricultural products. Next, I’ll introduce this building in detail, following the sequence of processes.

Every morning, workers from the ranch drive a blue-and-white truck to deliver fresh milk to the shop(P2). Milk in Tetra Pak cartons goes directly to the sales area, while large milk tanks are unloaded by the crane (P3)and then sent into the farm barn on the right. Inside the barn are two large milk storage tanks to ensure the safe storage of milk(P4).
Through pipes, the milk from the storage tanks is transferred to the cheese-making room on the second floor(P5). This room is equipped with various machines that coagulate, salt, and age the milk to produce cheese ready for sale. Cheese need a cool environment for fermenting and storing. But considering the limited space, the cheese is placed on the second floor, where air conditioning has been installed.
The finished cheeses are then sent to the sales area on the first floor(P6). On the terrace outside the display window(P7), there are hay bale-style seats and other farm-themed decorations, allowing customers to enjoy a bit of the farm’s leisurely atmosphere. The display window is adorned with a cow model, adding a touch of fun.Wait a moment, the chickens raised by the shop owner (P8)knocked over the customer’s milk. Think of a way to fix it!

The entire building and truck are constructed from approximately 2980 bricks.I hope you like it.
