Christmas Tree Farm

Welcome to the Christmas Tree Farm! When you're ready to get your tree, this is the place to visit. Talk to the owner, and she can help you find the perfect tree for you. Make sure you bring a truck, because these are big trees!

This set includes the Christmas Tree Farm, a 6-stud wide pick up truck, and three minifigs. The farm sits on an 8x32 stud footprint. (Both the office and the tree area sit on an 8x16 area.) The pick up truck is perfectly scaled for minifigs and can comfortably seat two in the cab. The tail gate opens to easily load cargo - like a tree. The top of the cab comes off too. Plus, the hood opens to reveal the engine.

I built this set because I discovered that a tree fits perfectly in the back of the pick up truck I designed. The tree farm grew around that idea. The couple had to get their new tree from somewhere!

This would be a great LEGO set because it ties in well to other Christmas and winter themed sets. It also would look good in a regular LEGO city - because people buy trees all the time, not just at Christmas. Plus, the pick up truck would be a wonderful addition to the streets of your LEGO city.
