About This Project:
This project idea is a modular sporting goods store with upstairs apartment. The roof and second floor can be removed for easy access inside all areas of the building. The first floor is the sporting goods store with many different sports products for sale. Upstairs is where the owner of the store lives. Her apartment is accessed by the stairs behind the store. The apartment has a living room, a bedroom, a bathroom, and a kitchen. There are many brick built items and details throughout the apartment which I tried to capture in the pictures.
