The Iron Giant is one of my favourite animated movies since I was a kid. This movie is not only a great story and characters, but an amazing work of animation, and that's why I made this Iron Giant. I really like how a good animation works with characters like the Iron Giant, how they have to create a charismatic and emotional character with basic shapes (and sometimes, even without dialogues).
The model I created is very sturdy and articulated. The legs and the body has cross building techniques which made it really hard to dissassemble.
I made a video building it so everyone can see how it's build, and a list of bricks too (skipping the symmertric/antisymmetric modules, but it's easy to follow):
