Planet Earth

Having been 'educated' on the value of renderings and photography (which do not pass the cost/benefit analysis IMHO), please look for this project to be recycled in the coming weeks.  While I do have other ideas for projects, I'm sticking with planets for the foreseeable future.  It took some experimenting, but I think I've finally got a geometrically pure sphere designed with 65 SNOT directions.  Besides, there are are whole solar systems of ideas to explore; both original and IP-specific, real and fantasy without resorting to any of the current licenses.  Thanks to Planet Earth's supporters...all 43 of you.  Let's try this again, shall we?

Standing on the moon or in front of Planet Earth just wasn't grandiose enough.  So, I built a soft-model of some new thrones for our new Minifigure Overlords. :P.
