Torii Gate Microscale Diorama

I designed this set for a friend of mine, who wanted a Japan themed diorama with a torii gate. She was also my Japan expert for the project, providing useful feedback throughout the process.

The set features the titular torii gate in a sakura garden. I figured I should go for microscale, because I wanted something small that you can put on your desk without it taking up all the space, similarly to the Succulents collection.

Fun fact, that the tiny figure was only an afterthought. I just realized it exists, and it was just the perfect size, and it really helps selling the scale of the diorama. Unfortunately, they only come in single colors, but in an official set they can have printed patterns. For that, I would imagine a person wearing kimono, with traditional colors.

I think a small set like this would be a welcome addition to the current line of products, because it would be more affordable and manageable than the mega-builds, and much easier to find a nice spot for it.
