Real-Life Version
This is the actual creation my rendering is based off of. The head is made up of goggles, a sea visor, and a normal visor all with a tire inside. Inside the tire is a stack of 1x1 round studs which connect on the jetpack and air tanks. A rubber band loops around the stack of studs and goes through the shoulder pieces. It loops around 3 studs which connects on the arm. This rubber band connection gives the arms an enormous and realistic range of movement. Just a note, the rubber band I had to use is transparent light blue, since I didn't have any of the official white rubber band available at the time I made this. I have since then tested this and it does work with the official white rubber band.
