An automatic teller machine.
Add a humble old lamp post and a mail box for the passer by to mail their letters.
It is built on an 8x8 plate, pavement, wall with ATM, red post box, white lamp post.
Optional can be a minifig, the character is street sweeper with equipment (see second image)
Cost of this set would be under 20 dollars US, only a postal service sticker and card slot/keypad sticker are required.
