Creator Theme Expansion Packs

Having different sizes just like the normal themes, in a $20, $50, $100 price points, but have the pack be of just parts, to add to existing kits, or more like a creator kit, but for each theme, to add to the creative aspect of the themes. or make some alt builds using one kit and the parts kit with instructions.
