Bucharest Subway

Here is the subway of Bucharest, Romania.

I've made a first version for some time but I wasn't satisfied with the result.

So there is the updated version of the subway, with shaped head resembling to the real metro.

Operated by Metrorex, it is one of the most used means of public transport in Bucharest. The network includes six lines with a length of 86 km and 83 stations. The lines are underground.

The first entry into service was in 1979.

This old model of subway is named Astra IVA BM1 (Astra Arad) built by Astra.

Astra Arad's transport equipment was built between 1978 and 1993 and is approaching the end of its service life: it is currently being replaced.

I built this to complete the collection of old subway's around the world.

I think it would make a great Lego set because the metro is something everyday and having a miniaturized version would be super cool and really cute.
