Tram With Trailer

Here is an idea for a long-missed model of a real tram with trailer.

 

Legoville has a transport museum where this tram is usually displayed. The model is 8 studs wide to make room for two rows of seats.

 

The motor car has control functions at both ends. Just like back in time when trams were in daily operation, there are 4 destinations signs, including the tram being able to go to the depot after service. And that's Belville, City Center, and Heartlake, which are located outside of Legoville.

 

If needed, the tram could also go to Legoland ®.

 

As a bonus, there's a small park with a little fountain where the townsfolk gather, including the fisherman and his friend.

 

Special construction details include SNOT techniques, and to reduce the gap between the platform and the tram, jumper plates have been used. There are also guides at both ends of the platform to ensure the tram doesn't hit the platform.

 

The tram is 8 blocks wide. All decorations are created using pad printing.

 

As always, it will be absolutely fantastic to be able to buy and build such a model in Lego.
