Inception

This is a Model based on the 2010 film directed by the renowned Christopher Nolan. The trouble when designing a model based on this masterpiece is that there are just so many scenes that you want to capture, and the model still has to make sense. accordingly I dreamed up this display design to show off the major features from the film. This model includes:

1.) The Airplane scene where they induce dreaming.

2.) The first dream layer where the van is driving off the bridge.

3.) The second dream layer, which is the hotel scene iconized by the gravity shifts enabling them to walk on the walls and ceiling.

4.) The third layer of the dream where they complete inception at Fischer's father's death.

5.) Limbo

6.) The Elevator of memories

7.) The iconic spinning top.

I was inspired to create this model because the movie that it's based on is so unique. This is easily one of my favorite films, and so accordingly, I thought I would share my love with the LEGO community.

I believe this would make an excellent LEGO Ideas set as the material it is based on is so widely popular. The film grossed 837 million dollars world wide and was the fourth highest grossing film of 2010. I believe the LEGO community loves sets based on their favorite films, and so this would tentatively be a major success.
