In the world of the modular buildings exist nearly everything, but in my opinion the most important building is missing. A simple house. That’s why I decided to design a house which could be located in the centre of an old european city.
It's fully furnished and can be splitted in ground floor, first floor and the rooftop. The building features old and new aspects like a classic brick facade, an air conditioning system on the roof. It combines the elegance of a historic upper class House and some modern aspects.
