What is it?
This is my revised version of the Hotel and Ice Cream Parlor I made in 2021 on my old account, as I renamed it to Downtown Inn and Creamery. There is a nice hotel, with 3 rooms on the second floor between both of the buildings. There is a nice little bunker room with a tv, a private pool, and a sports themed room. The Creamery is only on the first floor of its themed building. It also has a drive thru on the back. There are 2131 pieces in this lego set, with 33 different colors throughout the build. There is also a small carrot garden under the roof of the hotel building.
Why did I build it?
Like I mentioned, I made this set on my old account, Nuimo 21, 4 years ago and I wanted to see how much better I can make it. I decided to make it a little bigger, as mini figures would struggle in the previous set I made. I made many changes to my last version of the is build so that it is easier to build, and take layers apart. I am going to start my bachelors degree in architecture this fall and I wanted to see how creative I can get with making modular buildings.
Why this would make a great lego set?
I think this would be a great set to add to modular buildings. I think that this set is very colorful, yet also very formal on the other side. It's a great vacation spot if you are in the city as you can go to your room then get some good old ice cream right after that. I think that the features I provide in this set make it very unique, and a very great lego idea set.
