We're now 3000.
Hey all, I hope you've been doing well.
It's hard to believe we have reached 3000 supporters now. When I started this project, I couldn't even think that we would come this far.
We, however still have ways to go until we can reach the next major milestone which is 5000 supporters. So I ask all of you to keep sharing this project around.
Now you might be thinking: "Where is the next update?" Well, I actually started to work on one yesterday. Just as a little teaser, it will have both new and updated prints and minor new building details here and there. The update should come out later this month.
Sorry for my absence lately, life has been quite busy for me. I will try to respond to all comments tomorrow.
Thank you so much for 3000 supporters! You guys are awesome!

We're now 2500.
Hi.
It is time to celebrate as we have reached 2500 supporters! That is 25% of the Supporters we need! This is amazing!
However, I still need your help to reach 10000 supporters. Keep sharing the project around; tell to your friends, let the media sites know about this project. Only you can help this project reach 10k Supporters!
A warm thank you to everyone who has supported thus far! You are amazing!

Instructions are no longer available.
Hey all.
If you are looking for the instructions, I have decided to discontinue them due to concerns about clone companies recreating and selling an unofficial model of the project. I have decided to discontinue the instructions before it's too late.
I hope you understand this decision.
If you have the PDF file, I ask you to keep it to yourself.
Thanks.

Some updates to the build itself.
Hello there.
This update fixes some potential stability and connectivity issues.
Here's an example:
Old
New (Notice that the inverted 1x1 brackets have been replaced by inverted 1x2 brackets.)
There are some other minor updates, such as that the Expansion Bay "door" is no longer attached by anything. It now simply sits on top of some plates, making the removal of the "door" easier.
This update decreases the piece count to 1929.

Just a quick thank-you.
Hi.
I want to thank all of you for the support thus far! It's pretty crazy to think how far we've come.
Keep sharing the word. Only together, we can reach 10000 supporters and have a chance at turning this into a real set!

Heatsink is now attached by studs!
Hey all.
First of all, thank you so, so much for a whopping 2000 supporters! This means we now have 1/5th of the supporters we need to reach 10000. Crazy.
I've been thinking of doing this update for quite a while now, but now I had the time to actually do it.
Now, the heatsink can be attached to the motherboard with studs!

Memory Card is finally here!
Hey all.
Since alot of people inside and outside of LEGO Ideas have requested a Memory Card to be added, I decided to give it a go. After doing some modifications to the model itself, I was able to find a solution.
Here it is:
Looks pretty authentic, right?
This Memory Card is consisted of only 8 pieces. Pretty fitting, since the actual Memory Card can only hold 8 megabytes of data within.
However, I thought that wouldn't be enough...
So I included two.
In order to fit the Memory Cards into their slots, I had to lower the Memory Card input by a single plate. I also had to redesign the controller plug in order to fit the card, which in my opinion looks a bit better. The small assemblies that say "MEMORY CARD" can now be detached from the frame. However, I would recommend to do this while a controller isn't plugged in to the console in order to make space for the piece to move down.
The Memory Cards aren't held in by any studs. I would've made a stud attachment, but it seemed to be impossible without having to disassemble the Card by any way, so I decided to make the Card into a thing that can be simply slided in.
Here is a picture with the 2 Cards inserted.
This update puts the piece count to 1927.
Happy Holidays!

We're now 1000.
Hey all.
Thank you so, so much for 1000 supporters! I cannot believe how far we've come! However, this is not over yet, as we still have a long way to go.
Our next target is 5000 supporters, which is the final milestone before reaching 10000.
And I hear you everyone, you want a Memory Card to be added. I started to work on one yesterday. So expect it to come out next week!
Either way, thank you everyone for your support thus far! It means a lot to me!

Controller handles are more accurate to the real thing!
Hey all.
Earlier this week I was thinking that the controller handles were kinda long, so I took a 1x6 plate and the actual DualShock 2 into my hand and measured the handles to truly get an answer. Turns out they are too long, so I shrunk the handles by 2 studs, making them more accurate to the real thing.
This update decreases the total piece count to 1914.
We are almost at 400 supporters, which is amazing! Thank you to everyone who has supported thus far!

We're now 100.
We have reached 100 supporters! That means we now have a whole year to reach our next milestone: 1000 supporters!
Thank you everyone! This means a lot to me!
Keep sharing the project around so we can reach our next milestone, together!
Kind regards,
