When I was young, I was able to understand a series of western TV shows without reading subtitle in Chinese since the actor was using body language well. Who was he? Yes, he was Mr.Bean. I completed the MOC by referring Mr.Bean characters such as his minicooper and his bear doll. Furthermore, I believed Mr.Bean was born for platform and delivered his happiness and his humor to all people in the world. That was why I built a state with his name recalling the most valuable memory for his fans.
