This type of bridge is called a cable-stayed bridge, and its cables are arranged in a semi-fan pattern.
The build is in minifigure scale and has lanes for 6 studs wide vehicles. It comes with a police car chasing a speeding motorcyclist. Technic constructions were used under the roads to secure the cables.
The bridge could be displayed as it is or be integrated into a LEGO city. With a length of over 1.5 meters it would be quite a sight.
