Jerboa

This cute little creature is a four-toed jerboa (Scarturus tetradactylus). They live in the coastal areas of the northeastern parts of Africa by the Mediterranean Sea, and they look like mice with very long legs and rabbit ears. They move around like kangaroos and can jump up to three meters when they are on the run. Their long tail is used as an extra leg when standing still.

With this LEGO model of the jerboa, I have tried to make it look realistic in shape and size. I built it because it's one of my favourite animals, which is also why my nickname is Jerboa here on LEGO Ideas.
