A modular style beachside town. Features a two-story beach house with a garage, a camper van, a beachside Antique/Knick-Knack, an ice cream parlor, and an above one-room apartment. All are built on two baseplates, 32X48 studs in total. Includes seven minifigures and 2,718 pieces.
This is something I've always wanted to make, as someone living in Florida. This could easily be expanded with other sets, including other MOCs I'm developing in this style. One of which is a surf shop, which I may end up posting as an Ideas project as well.
