ELF the Movie

I have upgraded Buddy and Jovie to match the Movie more with hair styles to match under the hats and also more changes to the patterns on costumes like Jovies hat with the stripes and flower like in the film and the silver underskirt and trim. This beings the characters to life more especially Buddy with his hair sticking out from under the hat.

I am working on rendering all new images of the set with these updated characters and plenty of new images which is a slow process but they will all be uploaded soon and the main images updated after 18 days! With getting close to 2k supporters on the way to the 5k milestone I wanted to give a mini teaser of buddy's new upgraded look which I think you all will like!

With the 1000 milestone reached I bring you something I have been working on the last 2 days to add to this set and still keeping the brick limit taking the new piece count to 2624.

Here are the Hobbs family! Michael Hobbs ,Emily Hobbs and Walter Hobbs.

But not just the Minifigs there is a mini scene to match each character.

I hope you all like the additions I have added using very few pieces and adding important characters to the set allowing many more scenarios in play!

The ELF MOVIE LEGO Set comes with many characters here is a better look at each one and the height difference between Buddy and the elves.

The height difference in the Elf movie is a big thing and trying to display that height difference while keeping playability / functionality and also keeping the set in a scale which works for both size minifigs is a must, so using the half size legs for the elves keeping the functionality is the best way to do this. For example Buddy next to Papa Elf even with the same tall hat he is smaller and the other elves with smaller hats even smaller.

We are getting even closer to the 1000 milestone with 597 supporters as I post this and its only day 2!

Santa's Sleigh sometimes needs a boost when the Clausometer starts running low so here is a look at Santa's Sleigh in the Elf Movie LEGO set from a different angle where you can see the Calusometer and also the Kringle 3000, a 500-reindeer power jet turbine engine that Papa Elf engineered when the spirit of Christmas was no longer powerful enough to keep Santa's sleigh airborne.
