ELF the Movie

Let me know in the comments which building type you prefer the top view shows the more open plan build and arrange design allowing full access and front display with plenty of playability vs the bottom more boxed in wood cabin design which has same features in size but a bit let access allowing for a full closed cabin look. All designs for this will be sent to LEGO if get to the 10k review so they can assess which layout works better for them and the set.

The best way to spread Christmas cheer is singling loud for all to hear.. and another way to do that is with a staff pick! I have received amazing feedback and support the past day since becoming staff pick please keep the support coming in.

With the recent passing of actor James Caan also aka Walter Hobbs this would also be not only a great Christmas set for all Elf fans but also a great tribute to James in one of his iconic roles.

I have been busy working on updates to share when we reach that next 5000 milestone Please continue to share and support this project and get us to the 5000 next millstone!

Here is a sneak peek at the Upcoming Changes to the Elf the Movie LEGO Ideas set. I am working on the final upgrades and changes and hopefully will have all the changes updated and posted on here within the next 2 weeks due to being on holiday.

As you can see there is more of a Winter village look to the set that fully opens out with access to all areas and will also still look great still on display.

Playability and telling a story is an important part of any LEGO set. To be able to create a scenario to act out a story and incorporate these into play and sets already owned is a must.

Later Buddy hearing that he is not an Elf from Ming Ming and Foom Foom...

and running out in search of answers...

Papa Elf tells buddy about his parents...

and shows him a photo of them...

Buddy heads for New York in search for his dad saying goodbye to his north pole friends on the way...

Then finally meets his dad at work...

Moving in with the Hobbs family eating plenty of food covered in syrup and sweets...

and having snowball fights protecting Michael...
