This is one of my largest LEGO Olympics sets and definately one of the most iconic Olympic sports. I'm glad it has been made in LEGO form. I've made this one a lot more unique than most of my LEGO Olympics sets. To find out why, scroll down.
Here we can see the runners and the champions. This set is different because now I have LDD Extended, I can add much more detail in the characters and have better colours for the medals.
Here is the race supervisor with his starting pistol. I'm concerned that with so many minifigs, I haven't put enough scenery in this model. If you have any ideas, please leave me a comment.
Lastly, for builders who like to display their sets, the running track has studs on it so that you can position your players on the track.
