3-2-1 Go-Karts!
This unique modular go-kart track allows for up to 6 go-karts to actually move around the circuit. Each go-kart can easily be removed and switched around or replaced with vehicles of your own design.
Fully reconfigurable, the 11 track modules allow for a variety of alternative track layouts.
Details
Minifigures can grab a racing helmet and jump in the vibrant coloured go-karts and speed around the racing circuit. Simply turn the crank behind the podium to get the vehicles off and racing. Speed around corners, through bends and down the straights, but make sure to watch your head as you pass under the bridge!
Winners can get their photo taken on the podium and visitors can enjoy spectating the race from the grandstand, sidelines or the bridge.
When not tuning the go-karts, the track owner and mechanic tends to the pruning of the hedges and trees that surround the raceway.

Personal Note
This project has been a labor of love. It has taken a tremendous amount of time, effort, and iteration to get to the point where go-karts work reliably while maintaining the track's modularity. Testing out each iteration with my kids (my focus testers!) has been an absolute joy.
Each of the proposed minifigures represents people in my life and their personalities, it was fun choosing outfits and faces that reflect them and what they might be like competing in go karts.
