Model description:
What is it?
This model is an adventurous board game set on a desert island full of dangers and pitfalls. The map consists of 72 boxes, many of which trigger special actions designed to make the game challenging and fun. Brave players must contend with hot sand, slippery slopes, crumbling ground, fearsome snakes and spiders, stagnant ponds, and much more. However, fortune favors the bold: several boxes offer opportunities to recover lost ground or accelerate progress. The game is designed for 4 players, but the number can be increased for even more fun! The goal? Conquer the Golden Egg atop the island's hill. Read on for more details.
Golden Egg Island - Game Rules:
Dice Colors:
- White: +0
- Red: +1
- Orange: +2
- Yellow: +3
- Blue: +4
- Green: +5
Special Boxes:
- 1: Start!
- 4: Hurry up, the sand is hot: advance to box 8.
- 9, 18, 30, 43, 60: good or bad surprise? Roll the dice again, if the result matches your pawn's color, gain +10; otherwise, lose -2.
- 12: Good news for the orange pawn: +8.
- 14, 48: Oh no... Pebbles in your shoes: -2 on your next turn.
- 17: It's slipping! Return to box 15.
- 20, 45: What luck! x3 on your next turn.
- 22: Good news for the red pawn: +8.
- 25-29: Caution! Crumbling ground: Advance to boxes 34-38.
- 33: Good news for the blue pawn: +8.
- 36: Go! Now we're talking: +15.
- 40: Bat attack: skip 1 turn.
- 55: Poisonous bite: skip 2 turns.
- 57: Stuck in the pond: skip 1 turn.
- 62: Good news for the green pawn: +8.
- 66: In the grip of the spider: skip 3 turns.
- 71: Down from the cliff... Game Over.
- 72: Congratulations, you win!
