V.I.N.CENT, B.O.B and Maximilian From the Black Hole Movie

This Ideas set recreates the tree iconic main robots from the 1979 cult favourite sci-fi movie The Black Hole.

Included are plucky robot V.I.N.CENT (Vital Information Necessary CENTralised), a crew member of the USS Palomino research ship.

Rounding out the trio is the antagonist robot, the terrifying Maximilian, built as a servant and bodyguard by Dr Hans Reinhardt aboard he Cygnus that sits at the edge of the Black Hole.

These were built due to my love of pop-culture nostalgia, especially the 1970s and 80s, the decades I grew up in. Any sci-fi movie, or robot lover would find this trio appealing. They come on display stands and with a USC style info plaque. Maximilian can be posed in different ways, including replicating the fearsome pose from the end of the film's hellish landscape.
