The country cottage provides a perfect slice of rural life, and is inspired by those found in villages all around Europe. A picket fence and stone wall surrounds an impressive garden area boasting trees, sunflowers and shrubbery - as well as a small shed perfect for storing all kinds of power tools.
Stepping through the door brings you to a ground floor packed with details like a kitchen with oven, grill, stove and pantry, a living room with matching chairs, coat hooks and a vintage radio, a small cellar door and a downstairs toilet.
Climbing the stairs gives access to a landing with rotary telephone, bedroom with a desk and double bed, and a bathroom with a tiled floor and bath/shower hybrid. The house is built up with simulated stonework and weathering, with a pleasant tan colour scheme, roof tiles and a climbing plant.
Also included are five minifigures: two elderly homeowners, two younger neighbours and a friendly postman, as well as a cat, bird and dachshund.
