A Modern House on a Remote Island

A Contemporary Glass House

This project presents a modern glass house situated remotely on a diminutive island. Accessible solely by submarine, the house offers a unique and secluded retreat.

The cellar houses a swimming pool filled with seawater, serving as the primary source of water for the household.

The first floor comprises a living room equipped with a modern kitchen, bathroom, and toilets. The second floor features a master bedroom and two children’s bedrooms.

In the corner, an indoor sauna with a private resting area is located.

The rooftop terrace boasts a pizza oven, a small barbecue, and a playground, providing ample space for outdoor activities.

I built tis because I like

Conceived with a modern aesthetic that emphasises open spaces and transparent windows, this creation embodies the essence of contemporary design.
