Dear friends,
I am submitting the idea of a contemporary surgery theatre in a hospital. What does a contemporary surgery theatre look like? In my opinion, it should be equipped with the most advanced medical technology to treat the patient. Among the various advanced technology, Da Vinci robotic surgical system should be the leading one to carry out various complex surgeries. In fact, it is not new, already developed since the first system installed and approved by FDA in the USA in 1999.

As of December 31, 2019, it had an installed base of 5582 Da Vinci Surgical Systems, including 3531 in the U.S., 977 in Europe, 780 in Asia and 294 in the rest of the world. A family of Da Vinci systems and technologies is used by surgeons in all 50 U.S. states and 67 countries around the world. There are now over 21,000 peer reviews, published articles that, taken together, support the safety, efficacy, and benefits of Da Vinci surgical systems compared with traditional surgeries in various fields. In future, the system may be used in space station, the Moon or even Mars to carry out telesurgery while the surgeons performing that are in the Earth.

As this is a great invention of mankind to treat people with surgery need, I think this LEGO set should be featured in its medical series. Thank you!
