In 1969, the Apollo 11 mission achieved that man visited the moon for the first time, and return safely.
In this Lego project I developed a minifig scale model of the Apollo spacecraft and lunar module Eagle. The Apollo spacecraft in turn can be separated into its command module (cone-shaped) and the service module (the part of the ship that is shaped like a cylinder).
The project also includes three astronauts: Armstrong, Aldrin and Collins.
A total of 1196 bricks are used.
I think this is one of the greatest milestones in the history of space exploration and a great moment in the history of mankind, so this project has great educational value for children and adults and would be of great interest to Lego fans, especially those who have a special interest in space exploration and spacecraft.
