"Welcome to Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum. Known from coast to coast like butter and toast. From headlines to bedlines. From school rooms to pool rooms. No other place in the contiguous United States or other environments of the world. Welcome."
~Marvin Yagoda
Can I get a T? And if you hit me with an A-L-L-L-Y then you'll see why the hall is here for yall. Based off of the popular indie band from the early 2000's, this model recreates their first full (and most popular) album, Marvin's Marvelous Mechanical Museum. From Ruler of Everything, to Hidden in the sand, to Banana man, to even some of their side projects like Hawaii: Part II, you've probably heard this band's work without even realizing it.
This model comes complete with 6 minifigures, including the main band members Rob Cantor, Zubin Sedghi, Joe Hawley, Ross Federman, and Andrew Horowitz, along with former owner of the real Marvin's and curious contraption collector Marvin Yagoda. There are even a couple props (stored between the stage and the main model) and easter eggs, including all of the band members instruments, a banana, Joe's megaphone, and a bottle of Natural Ketchup (for those who are true fans).
The album and extra backstage are faithfully recreated with just shy of 1500 parts. The stage and the album can be split apart, so you can display them side by side, with the band lineup on the album, or playing their instruments.
