Sorry, i haven't gotten around to changing the format to fit in the Lego Ideas for the most recent comic part. Work has been busy :).
But, you can see it on my flickr page in full scale. It continues at the Legitimate Business club...
Modular City Comic 5
Continuing the comic story. I created more trees using Paultox's Beautiful Tree designs for the park in the first panel. You can see the Legitimate Business Lego Ideas in the last panel.
The full comic images are up on my Flickr account in the album now.
Modular City Comic 4
~~Please continue to help in spreading the word about the set. It takes many people's effort in communicating out the project to reach 10,000, and your help is appreciated.
Continuing the comic series, the detectives head out to the scene of the crime.
Modular City Comic 3
~~Please continue to help in spreading the word about the set. It takes many people's effort in communicating out the project to reach 10,000, and your help is appreciated.
Continuing the comic series, featuring the top floor office space for the set. Had some fun playing with the renders when putting together these images (sorry it took a while).
Modular City Comic 2

Continuing the comic series. Originally, the Bank set was going to be another Lego Idea set that I would post up. But, I haven't liked the exterior (interior has some great furniture!).

When I started the set, I thought that it would be fun to have a comic that went along with the story of the Major Case Unit. But I didn't want the comic to focus on the set alone, and wanted to mention other sets as well. As we continue to progress toward 10,000, I will continue to include more to the story. Hope you enjoy the introduction of the series!

In the forest scene, I used the building techniques from Paultox's Beautiful Trees Lego Ideas set. His was one of the first sets that I supported, so it felt fitting to have it here. Please view his set at https://ideas.lego.com/projects/9173.
Minifigures Update
Hey Everyone;
Thanks for Supporting! Please help in spreading the word, it takes all of us to reach 10,000.
A few of you have made comments that there are too many minifigures, and I would like your help in determining which characters you would like to see with this set. Here are a few options for your comments:
Option 1: Focusing on the detectives and the forensic scientist.
Option 2:
Forgive the shadows. Replacing out a detective for one criminal. This one was chosen since he will look best in interrogation.
Option 3:
Focusing on a DC Comic set, coloring of the characters are now flesh tone. Gordon, Renee Montoya, Harvey Bullock, and Crispus Allen are included.
Option 4:
Again focusing on the DC Comics' characters. Crispus is replaced with Batman (so he can hide in the corner of Gordon's office).
Option 5:
Final set focusing on the DC Comics' characters. Mad Hatter joins the group, adding a new criminal.
Are there other people you would prefer? Would you like the front desk officer more then some of the others? Drop a line, I try to read and comment back. Thanks
