The Hoover Dam

This is a microscale version of the Hoover Dam, near the Nevada-Arizona US state border. When it was built in 1936, it was the largest hydro-electric power source on Earth. It stands an impressive 726 feet tall, and at the bottom is 650 feet thick. This small conceptual model contains the dam itself, the two main intake towers, the powerhouse, and the spillway tunnel.

This model would make a great set because of it's simplistic yet detailed design, the compactness, and stability, as well as the display purpose it would serve, making a great addition to the collection of any beginner or an avid fan of Legos. I hope that you will show your support for this historic structure. Thank You!
