With the release of the latest photos on 2015 Avengers sets, u will know by now that there will be a brick build Hulkbuster available by April 2015.

When Tony Stark found out about Whiplash's return.
A new villain is coming...
As some of the sharp-eyed supporters have pointed out, a storyline of Hulk versus War Machine might not be their cup of tea.
A little bird have brought rumors that somewhere out there, a bad guy is gearing up for a come back.
He is big, bad and strong. The little bird ain't much of a secret keeper as well.
Both will be independent projects. However it is perfectly fine to put them together.
If I have to put a number to the progress, I will say that it is 85% completed.
